Overview 

Under supervision from an Engineering Supervisor the Team Lead will assist with overseeing the projects assigned to their team. Supervising the day-to-day Engineering of Outside plant designs, construction, and project management.  Team lead will bring these skills with the ability to work independently, sufficient experience with computers and the ability to use the applicable software that is used to enable a successful fiber build.

Responsibilities:

Interface with various department heads to ensure that a quality product is completed by team.
Attend all necessary calls/meeting with the client and provide timely and accurate updates as to the status of the projects assigned.
Complete estimates for enterprise commercial projects.
Work with the Engineering Supervisor and other department heads.
Prepare all Engineering records and present them to the Client for Client approval prior to final design and QA/QC.
Attend coordination and progress meetings.
Work with many different resources; implementation team, network engineers, field personnel and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of our services.
Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic that can provide high productivity with minimal supervision.
Perform all work as necessary to conform to quality control guidelines (includes compliance with requirements outlined in applicable regulations such as: OSHA, FCC, NESC and NEC, GO 95, GO 128 etc ; as well as following procedures as outlined in the Installation, Technical, Operations, and Safety Manuals, and Employee Handbook).
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
