Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable QA Specialist to join our team in Jonesburg, Missouri. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and quality of fiber construction drawings and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to pivot quickly between priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify fiber construction drawings for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain organized records of QA findings and corrective actions.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support project timelines.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience with FTTH or fiber construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Jonesburg, Missouri.
• Ability to lift 25LBS.
• Ability to sit for long hours in an office environment.
• Must be able to tolerate moderate noise (business office with computers, phones, printers, and light traffic).
• Comfortable working with tight deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal & verbal communication skills.
